Burger Land in Davis

Great little hometown place. Fast service and good food. Very unexpected.

2 burgers & fries with 1 drink almost 20 bucks ! Coke was flat so exchanged for tea with lemon that I ended up pouring out cause ilemons were bad. Lettuce on buyers was hard yellow core of iceberg and bitter. Burger was greasywhich made the bun soggy. Fries were greasy also. Woman at window was not friendly at all & became ruse when ask to exchange flat coke for tea. Won't waste my money there again. !!

Slow service and food was just Ok, none of us finished our sandwiches and burgers.

Good burger, had a double with bacon, and fries. Fries were not great, needed seasoning and seemed a little under cooked. First time here even though I drive by it every week. The older crowd seems to enjoy it. I'm sure their breakfast is pretty good.

They have a store brand flavored water called Clear American. When we first started drinking it there was a whole shelf section dedicated to it. Over time that has dwindled to almost nothing. The sad part is that it is so VERY popular.

Must eat here. Small diner with great food. Their wrap was awesome. Bacon cheese fries are not on menu, but they made them for me. Great burgers. But I still think of that bacon,chicken wrap. I even asked for the chicken on the side( I don't eat chicken) but great food and service. They will definitely surpass your expectations. Must try. I will definitely be going back

Stopped in after a day in Salphur. Waitress was excellent and so was the kitchen staff. Made us feel so welcome even though we came in minutes before they close. Definitely gonna be a priority stop anytime I come through Davis.

Highly recommend going somewhere else! This place was horrible from the moment we walked in, waitress was rude, my daughters apple juice was expired and had stuff floating in it and the waitress didnt care, we cancled order and went to boom-a-rand so much better!

The whole of the building is old but the people who work there are amazing. Went in and ordered our food and because my husband and I don't really eat a lot each we split a double bacon cheeseburger, he doesn't eat some things I don't eat other things and she split our meal and made each half the way we wanted and she was really great. I have eaten there a few times when we travel through here and their food is always great and the staff is very friendly.

Service was great but the food was pretty cold for what felt like a 10 minute wait. I just don't think I will be back any time soon.

Not bad little food joint. The food isn't terrible but is pretty standard. However, due to COVID their staff now is slow but overall I would eat there again.

My bacon cheeseburger, curly fries and my sister’s onion rings were all greasy-spoon delicious. As evidenced by the empty food baskets they came in. LOL.

This is the old kind of Drive-In that I remember going to and I was a kid. You don't find them around anymore. They have great service, great coffee, great breakfast where you can sit and talk to the locals about politics, fishing or the local football team. Family owned and operated, great burgers and fries. We need more hometown places like this.

Home town feel and service. The food was good and the waitress helped us plan the last couple of sites to see on our vacation. Felt like we were dining at a family members place.

After a long day in the park in Sulphur, we stopped in here close to closing time. They made us feel so welcome and everything was absolutely amazing! Definitely a stop if you're going through Davis.
